Parking

Our parking lot fits about 30 vehicles, street parking is also easy to come by. The neighborhood is largely residential and generally very safe. We’ve never experienced any issue with client or staff vehicles.

Green Room

Our private Green Room is decorated with an eclectic museum-like selection of vintage cameras, media, and outfitted with two Hair and Make-Up stations. These vanity stations are each equipped with dedicated power and phone charging ports. In this room you’ll also find steamers, an iron with ironing board, wardrobe racks, seamstress mannequin, and a full length mirror.

internet

Our fiber optic gigabit internet connection is the fastest available, so you can live stream your production via wifi or ethernet connection.

Restrooms

Spacious and clean, our multi-person restrooms are well stocked and maintained for your convenience.

lounge

Located away from our main spaces, our Lounge offers a quiet and cozy setting with comfortable seating. The centerpiece of the room is our large wooden table which is a spot for meals. Stay tuned in to the production by sending a video feed from the Soundstage to the Lounge TV.

kitchenette

Our kitchenette is the ideal spot for your crafty or catering needs. It is equipped with a sink, filtered water, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and a dedicated client refrigerator.

street access

Our 12x12 ft roll-up door provides convenient drive-on access from W. Rittenhouse St. to the Soundstage for easy loading or unloading.

coffee!

Located on the same block as our studio is an Ultimo Coffee shop. Just around the corner from there is a Dunkin’ Donuts. All within walking distance.

LUNCH

We have multiple lunch options just a short drive away. Many of them can accommodate large orders and food sensitivities, as well as deliver via Grub Hub, Caviar or Uber Eats.

rental housE

If we don’t have it in house, our friends at Expressway Cinema Rentals are only 10 minutes down the road! Send us your gear order ahead of your shoot and we can have it delivered to the studio from them free of charge.

HVAC

Our Soundstage and Live Room are equipped with dedicated heat and air conditioning systems for your convenience.

SHOP SINk

Doesn’t sound like much but your Art Department will really appreciate it.

sound systems

Jam out during production using our Wifi speaker system and your music streaming service of choice. We also have louder playback and PA systems for rent when you really need to turn it up.
